“Three times I have paid postage of around £5 FOR ITEMS I am yet to receive. The vendors emailed to say they had received my payment and would ship but to date am still waiting! They refuse to answer any emails and totally ignore you once money has been received.”

Hi Linda, sorry you've not been having any luck with getting your freebies. Unfortunately, sometimes it can take a while for a freebie to arrive, as we are completely dependent on the brands that send them out. Hopefully, you'll get some soon. - MFUK

“The site, the owner and the staff! They use to send 8 freebies a day but it's dwindled down to maybe a few actual freebies a week if we're lucky, and the rest you have to sign up for or enter draws only which is NOT a freebie. When you go into a supermarket and they offer you free samples of food or drink, they don't tell you to enter competitions etc... for a chacne to win one of them! I contacted Tom the owner and he didn't even have the decency to respond adn yet he wants feedback now and expects everyone to help him :(”

We do include freebies that we've tested and received ourselves - they do rest on the campaign length and amount by the companies themselves, unfortunately, we don't have control over this.
