“I had a design and quote from a lady called Mags at Magnet, Solihull. She worked really hard and came up with an excellent design. We got three quotes from three different Companies. We rejected one because we didn't like the salesman. Mags was great and we were on the point of booking her design when the third Company came in with the offer of starting within a week. That was really important to us as we are having loads of work on the house and the kitchen fitter is also a builder, he lives in the next road and he is converting our garage and renovating two bathrooms. It made sense to go with him.
I can't fault Mags and we felt quite guilty not going with her. She took time with the plans, showed us all the drawers etc in the showroom, added some really good advice that her experience indicated was best for us. The price was quite similar to the one we went with. I have a Trade Account so I suspect I could have haggled with Mags to reduce my price if needed.
Although we went elsewhere I am leaving this review because its important to recognise good people and we also liked the product offered.”

We went in with a clear picture of what we wanted and it would have been awful. Riad really knew his business and we have ended up choosing a really fabulous looking kitchen and worktop. “We went to Magnet Beckenham and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Jodi and Kelly were extremely helpful and Kelly went out of her way to do 2 final measures. She was very knowledgeable and always helpful. We got a Tatton midnight kitchen and are pleased with the finish, except the end piece of the island (not one piece but two that need fitting together so not as seamless and design drawings didn't show). All in all a very positive experience and would recommend.”

“The great review comes down to two factors: I bought one of their most expensive kitchens and a fantastic fitter.
The customer service I have received from the archway branch has been exceptional. The kitchen planner Aba Marful was fantastic.
After all the bad reviews you might be reading on here you might be thinking I’ve been paid or I’m fake. I can assure you I’m not. However, I will say I had the kitchen fitted by a skilled craftsman and there is where I think lies the problem. It’s all in the fitting.
You need a great fitter to get a fantastic kitchen. My guy is called Tony Stevens who’s based in London.

“Had the Cream Gloss Juna eight years ago, still in excellent condition. “I am a great convert to Magnet kitchens, which my builder suggested for my kitchen. I had enthusiastic help from the salesman (Kris) and the quality of the kitchen (being installed as we speak) is really good; solid, stylish, fab choice of handles, and with what my builder tells me are the German made mechanical fittings, it looks like a really expensive kitchen (which it wasn't - it was very reasonably priced.) A painless experience. Well done Kris and Magnet kitchens.”
