You make it very difficult to just look at ALL wallpaper without color filters.

I loved shopping small business over the big box stores but somewhat paid the price. I quickly realized I only needed 1 roll instead of two and emailed customer service within 30 minutes of placing the order. 4 days later I got an email response that it was too late and the package shipped. Disappointing

I received the sample but it was a really poor sample. Its white with a black stripe. The stripe is on the left and almost cut off so you don't really get a great idea of what its supposed to look like.

I cannot write a review as of yet because I have not received my order. I just checked the status of it and the message "we are getting it ready" is all I see.

Had to order more paper and ordered 4 rolls and was sent only 3 rolls! I paid for 4 rolls! Called to inform u that 1 short on paid order and no one answered phone! During business hours! Am going to try again tomorrow, Monday ,16th! Hope u will please take care of this.

We ordered 5 samples. We kept getting told one was on backorder. A month later, after 3 calls, I was told it was shipping. 3 weeks later- still haven’t received. Ended up ordering wallpaper elsewhere.

I placed an order for wallpaper on 5/31/22 and received a confirmation email stating "If we experience any problems with your order we will notify you by email". The payment on my credit card was processed the same day. By 6/14/22, I had not received any further communication from Mahones, so I called to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that the wallpaper I ordered was on backorder with a due date of 6/24/22. On 7/7/22, I again called Mahones as I had not yet received the wallpaper nor had I received any follow-up from Mahones on the status. I was told that the backorder date had been pushed out to 8/6/22. I asked if they would notify me in the future of further delays and was told that I would not be notified, but that I could call them again. I considered canceling my order at the time, but decided to continue waiting because I did not need the paper right away. I called again on 9/13/22. I explained the situation to the Rep and told her that I wished to cancel my order and have the charge credited back to my credit card. The Rep looked up my order and told me that I could not cancel the order because it was scheduled to be delivered that very day. The order was delivered later that day. This review is not about the physical wallpaper, but instead about the lack of customer follow-up/service. When a company states that they will contact you if a problem with an order, I would expect that to include being notified of backorders especially given that they had already charged my credit card for payment. Due to the poor customer service I received, I am giving Mahone's a 2-star rating.

Hi, Donna! I'm so sorry about the delays on your order. We order everything straight from our manufactures so, Unfortunately, we don't always get updates from them if a backorder is changed or expected to arrive late unless we call to check on it. Backorders are never guaranteed and can come in early, but could also come in late which these days is, unfortunately, more common. We're glad your wallpaper arrived and we hope you enjoy it!

After hanging wallpaper I noticed the dye lots must have been different. The back ground colors were off. Shame on me for not checking.

Hi, Elizabeth! I'm so sorry about that. Unfortunatly, sometimes wallpapers coming from different runs/dyelot can vary in color. We do always check to see if a customer has ordered before to make sure we request the same run, but it looks like this was your first or with us so we were not aware a run request was needed. Hi, Amy! It looks like one of the items on your order ended up being discontinued and before proceeding with the other items we wanted to confirm you wanted the remaining items even though one was no longer available. We reached out on 1/24, 1/27, and when we had not heard back on 2/3 the order was canceled and refunded.

The picture and color of the wallpaper was not reflective of what I received. The tan/beige (warm) is really a gray tone (cool). Return policy and re-stocking fees of 30% make it not worth your while to return in a pandemic. Disappointed in customer service and the wall paper.

I can't understand how you can advertise 'single' rolls when you don't sell single rolls?? Here in England a single roll of wallpaper is 10m long, yet you call that a a double and charge twice the price!! I had already bought 3 rolls here in England at £23 per roll, unfortunately they have sold, that's why i came to you. Astronomical prices!!

The wallpaper is beautiful, however, the return policy is terrible. Because of this policy, I will not order from this company again.
