“Items took over 6 weeks to deliver and two of the items were cancelled without notice. I had to send an email to find out what happened, and the one wallpaper that was delivered was bent and folded. That could’ve been an issue with the carrier, but the other problems were enough for me to not want to order from here ever again.”

“My order for samples was placed on 1/17, today is 1/29 & I've received 1 of the 2 items. I called Mahones but the rep wasn't very helpful. I asked when did the company ship the item she said, not sure I would have to call. SMH. It seems impossible for people to do their jobs correctly. I'll give it until Wed before I call for a refund and try again elsewhere. Also did not receive a tracking number and the order summary page is not updated/ not helpful.”

Hi, Sona! I see you placed a sample order and requested to cancel it. You also asked for a quote of this pattern on 11/17 which we replayed to letting you know the pattern had been discontinued with no remaining stock.

“Hello, I ordered two samples (and paid for two) but only received one sample in the mail. No explanation so I emailed (no response) and then called. When I spoke to the person on the phone she blamed Schumacher saying sometimes they do not have samples in stock. That was a week ago. Since then there has been no refund or follow up. When I order paper it will not be through Mahomes. If this is how a little request is handled how would a large one be any better?”

“The sample of wallpaper took over 2 weeks to arrive. I called several times and got no one. Finally, I reached someone who was very curt. The second person was better. I never did receive an email confirmation. Doubt I would order wallpaper from them. I left phone messages but my call was never returned!”

“I paid for a sample on 3/25 with the understanding that it would be shipped shortly. On 4/6 I reached out because I hadn't received or heard anything. They told me that it was "out of stock" at the warehouse and they didn't know when it would be back. In the meantime, I had deferred ordering fixtures and other items until I could match them to the paper. This was highly inconvenient and a waste of two weeks. Poor customer service.”

“Would love to review my order but it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, and when I use tracking it doesn't show that it has moved for five days. There is no longer a delivery date. Not even sure it will show up.”

Hi, Cindy! I'm sorry, we unfortunately, have no control over FedEx deliveries. But I do see this will be delivered on Tuesday the 14th.
