“You guys are always a great go to spot for wallpaper and I appreciate your sales! I was very disappointed at how long it took for you guys to ship the product however. These days shipping should have a next day or a day after, but I didn’t get notification that you shipped my product for days. Such a bummer.”

“You have very pretty wallpaper. Personally, I was looking for grasscloth. I think that your sample charge is a bit high at $7.00 per sample.”

“Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with this shop. My package shipped fairly quickly (I had it sent to a seamstress to make curtains). The only problem is that I wasn't updated when it shipped (somewhat anxiety producing for a $3000 order being shipped directly to someone else.). I sent an email to customer service but didn't get a response. I finally received a significantly delayed notice of shipping (after it had arrived).”

“The wallpaper we ordered was great quality, and for the most part easy to work with. There was one spot on the repeat pattern that would not line up once we got to that spot. We were able to make it work since it was going to be hidden by a floating shelf but I’m not sure what we would’ve done otherwise. Other than that I’m very pleased with the quality. I would like to order the same wallpaper for my for your, but the misalignment is keeping me from selecting that pattern.”

“Prices are good, delivery is quick. Packaging is okay, not great, and interactions with the store are somewhat abrupt. Perhaps remember that most customers do not deal in wallpaper all the time; we purchase once for a specific purpose or only occasionally. If I am comparing two websites that price "rolls" it needs to be VERY clear that one is offering the physical item, whereas you are pricing the number of standardized "rolls" provided as "continuous rolls" provided in a "bolt" (and by the way, a "bolt" is a roll for the rest of us idiots who don't deal in wallpaper ...).”

“There was a mix-up in the number of double rolls by Sanderson. Mahone's did its' best to rectify the matter. Mahone's was diligent in responding to my e-mails and my calls.”

“Easy ordering and I was informed when I placed my order that it would be 4-6 week delay. It will soon be 8 wks and still no fabric so it would be nice for updates since this is a substantial order without having to ask for them!”

“Our wallpaper took a long time to arrive. The quality of the paper was wonderful. The product was installed, and I must say, it was the easiest wallpaper that I've ever worked with. It is unfortunate that the paper didn't come quicker, so I could give them five stars for my overall experience.”

“Received wallpaper in the amount of time that Mahones promised. Easy to navigate the website and to order from. Courteous staff and helpful with questions. The only problem was figuring out the correct amount of wallpaper to order. One staff member suggested a certain number of rolls and then a second staff member suggested a lower number. A tad confusing as their chart suggested the second staff member's number. Good price per roll.”

“I received my order promptly. I'm a little concerned that it came in two bolts. Hope they are the SAME dyelot! My upholsterer wont be able to do the job until January. I may write further after that. It appears to be the fabric I wanted. ANd it is half the price a furniture store quoted me”
