Knowledgable staff and a delivery service that is quick efficient and keeps you informed with a 2 hr window for delivery so you dont have to hang around all day . A welcome exception to the usual standards of customer service.

Hotpoint washing machine. Selected product from very comprehensive website which was delivered the next day within a two hour time slot. This is one of several items purchased from Marks Electrical over the last few years. Service was excellent as usual. Will certainly purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

Really outstanding service . It is good to find a company that cares about the service they are giving to their customers. All aspects of the purchase went without a hitch and I would have no hesitation in using Marks electicals again

Superb service, from sales advisors to deliver , a very efficient business, I would recommend them to anyone intending buying any electrical goods. They offered very good advice when I was selecting, didn't push or chase the sale and delivered exactly as promised

Still waiting on a refund after a two month saga concerning a cooker splash back. customer service is awful and doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on. Would never use again.

Bought an oven 2.5 years ago. After the first 12 months it broke. 12 months on the same thing has happened. Tried to claim under the sales of goods act. Not only was this company of no help whats so ever leaving me with a 5 an 1 year child to feed without an oven, but the customer service woman was rude abrupt, lacking empathy to my situation and actually had the cheek to say 2.5 years for a cooker is good. What an awful company! Wont ever spend my hard earned money with this company ever again! Complete disappointment!

Marks Electrical changed the delivery address on my order without authorisation, confirmation or request from me to do so. They attempted to deliver to the wrong address and then also attempted to blame me for the error. They were of no help in resolving the issue - I had to suffer by making myself available on another day for them to re-deliver. Customer service is a joke.

I bought a fridge freezer and range cooker on Black Friday and asked for them to be delivered yesterday. Marks didn't mind hanging on to them for a couple weeks. Delivery was great, although 6 texts telling me slightly different delivery times was a bit strange. Delivery men were very helpful and easily managed to get two large items through a small door. Highly recommended shop.

This company was an absolute delight to deal with. The website was clear, their customer service staff were knowledgeable on the telephone and had a very helpful and flexible approach. The items we originally ordered could not be delivered on time, but that was due to the manufacturers. We were offered a very good alternative which could be delivered in 2 days. The items were delivered within the given time bracket and we were contacted by the driver before he arrived. I don't think they could have done anything any better, perfect service. Thank you

Have not got a bad word to say. Ordered in minutes, order confirmation was e-mailed straight away. I had an e-mail and text message the night before to tell me what my two hour delivery slot would be and then a phone call half an hour before they arrived. Perfect service!

Excellent service, quick to answer phone and a joy to talk to a human being not a computer !! We were dealt with very quickly and all questions were answered. The delivery driver Steve Watret was excellent, very helpful and considerate even though he was still working at 6.00 on a wet Sunday evening !! Hopefully the fridge freezer will last longer than the previous one from a well known electrical store. We would certainly use this company again.

Excellent service. Kept us up to date on progress by emails/texts all the way. Delivery right on time (on a Sunday) and the delivery men very helpful squeezing our new 100cm Range Cooker through the doors! Unreservedly recommended!
