“Couldn't believe the efficiency of this company and their drivers turned down a cuppa to get on to their next delivery. Wish all deliveries were same. Haven't opened the parcel yet mind you as it is not yet needed. I didn't like the blackmail of having to purchase a 5 year guarantee on the hob though. Other than that I would still recommend the company.”

“Great service. Ordered fridge freezer at 10am Delivered at 9am next morning, just 23 hours after ordering. The price was very good, £40 cheaper than most other retailers. I highly Recommend Marks for service and value. Thank you Marks.”

“I was surprised that the fridge I desperately needed could be delivered the next day. I received a number of texts and emails, keeping me informed about the time it would be arriving. The last one said it would be 10.22am. At exactly 10.22am , the van pulled up outside my house. The men were very friendly and helpful. The best service I have ever received from any company. Thank you.😊”

“After much investigation into induction hobs I found Marks Electrics through my Santander credit card Cash Back offer page. The technician information was excellent and the price for a Bosch appliance was competitive. Customer reviews were good for this company so I made the order at 2pm and the hob was received at 8.45 the next morning. So I’m a very happy customer and using the new electric induction hob the same evening with confidence after replacing a 9year old gas hob.”

“freezer broke down on Thursday had to rush around to find a new freezer quickly came across marks electrical by accident but how pleased i was i did even comparing prices they were better then i had seen on other sites, so ordered new freezer at a good price plus free delivery, better still next day delivery, they delivered at 10:50 the next morning great service delivery driver was excellent to say life saver and saving our frozen food from going off great would definitely buy from them again”

“Fantastic service and price. Ordered Sunday early evening and received Monday morning and saved £600! The delivery guys were outstanding. Very large item which was not easy to get into the house but at no time was there any stress, they were amazing. Highly recommend this company”

Consistent information provided during delivery period via text to let me know arrival time. Friendly delivery guys moved in the freezer unpacked and positioned it. “Best price we could find for a new AEG fridge freezer. Delivery next day to West Sussex. Delivery within the time slot given by two really professional, friendly and polite delivery guys. Same fridge from curry’s and John Lewis more expensive with delivery dates offered over a week later. So absolutely 100% recommended. Well done Marks Electrical!!!”

“Very happy with the fridge/freezer received the next day. The whole process from ordering on line to delivery and expected time plus the friendly delivery guys who were happy to bring it into my kitchen. Both had lovely attitudes and I am very pleased. The fridge/freezer works beautifully so one very happy customer.”
