“Have used mark's Electrical a few times now and every time I've been impressed. Prices are very competitive and I would say mostly cheaper than the competition. At the moment free delivery ,often free next day delivery is a massive saving as again,the competitors are charging quite a bit for delivery at the present time. Bought a dishwasher this time,a Blomberg. Was the cheapest available with 10% extra discount at the time of ordering. Mark's Electrical is one of the few places to offer Blomberg. I must say I'm really impressed with the dishwasher. The delivery guys are always friendly and cheerful and helpful which goes a long way in my book, as some delivery services act as though they're doing you a huge favour by delivering goods you've paid for!! Mark's Electrical is definitely my first stop online for white goods. Excellent.”

“Had a small freezer delivered on Saturday, it is the second item we have bought from Mark's and, we have to say that you will never find better service anywhere! As a couple of other reviews say, the larger companies could learn a lot from these people. Very quick turnover from order to delivery, you can book a day that suits YOU, not the company, the delivery drivers are so friendly, even apologising for delivering just before 7am on a Saturday morning.”

“Very helpful and friendly service from delivery guys. Item is new to me so it will take time to decide on its value but I believe the item to be good value for money and cheaper than many competitors. It was the free delivery that swung it!”

“I ordered a Dyson lightweight vacuum cleaner for my elderly mum, said it woul be dispatched the next day and a 48 hour service with DPD. Next day had a message to say it’s on its way and it would be delivered the next day. Called my mum the next day to give her the delivery window, as she put the phone down DPD we’re just pulling up. She was over the moon and really pleased with her new toy. If the use DPD as their delivery partner you won’t be disappointed.”

“Excellent website excellent selection huge range of delivery dates was able to pick a date that suited me which was 5 days later but I could have had next day if I’d wanted , kept upto date all the time , delivery was early and was made aware by text , highly recommend to buy for them”

“I couldn't fault any aspect of purchasing from Marks Electrical. The oven I purchased was in fact for my daughter. Once we had decided on the model we wanted and checked all the specifications I looked on line to find the best deal. Marks Electrical was the best price and they had it in stock. I phoned them to see what the delivery time was and they said I could have it next day. This pleasantly surprised me and they also offered free delivery. I purchased on line and they kept me informed all the way through the process. I had a 3hr delivery time slot given me that evening and the delivery process and procedure was emailed me. I was informed that I would get a message/phone call from the delivery guys half an hour before they arrived. I got a call about 12.30pm and they said they would be with me a 1.02pm. They arrived bang on time. I joked with them that they were 2 seconds late! Two nice guys put it into my garage in a few minutes. Everything and all communication was professional and spot on. Can't fault any aspect...a really excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them and will buy from them again.”

“Customer service is absolutely appalling it's actually a joke. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund that was supposed to take 3 working days. 1 department appears to not know what an other is doing clearly a massive communication problem. I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SHOCKINGLY HORRENDOUS AS YOURS!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU TO FREINDS, FAMILY, COLLEAGUES!!!!!! If anybody is wanting exceptional service use another retailer .com!!”
