“My order was scheduled for 15:32 to 17:32 (!) - time came and went. I was then sent an email saying it would be at 22:36! Within minutes it was rescheduled to 21:36; then 19:36 and then at about 7pm i was told it was re-scheduled for 18:36! I emailed them multiple times - limited response. On the tracker i could see the van going all around the country, it even past very close to where i lived at one point. I have no cooker and it is very hard to get in contact with Marks. Awful service.”

“The service was absolutely first class from the word go. Once I placed my order I received several emails informing me of my choice of delivery I.e. my date of choice and was informed the day before delivery of a 2 hour slot on the day. Delivery men telephoned me half an hour prior to arrival which was fantastic. Timing was spot on to the minute and Garry J and Zak W were brilliant, so friendly and professional and brought my appliance into my kitchen. Highly recommend this company to anyone first class service.”

“The engineer who visited my property today turned off my built in main oven by mistake but when I messaged him to come back and turn it on he told me to do it myself ! Trying to get to speak to anyone at Marks Electrical is impossible. They say they will call you back but don’t and when you do get through for assistance they cut you off. I was told the manager Gillian Fisher would call me back (I was not allowed to hold on for her) No call back so had to call again (this all takes hours of being kept on hold) and still I wait …… Marks Electrical you should be very ashamed of yourselves and the way you treat your customers.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Marks Electrical. Made an order for a new washing machine at 6.30pm on Saturday evening and had a new one delivered at 7.18 on the Sunday morning. Delivery guys were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use Marks Electrical in the future. Many Thanks”

“Peter in sales extremely helpful, delivery day had several texts updating us on times, slight problem with door of cooker but driver/fitters Dave and Pablo sorted it and were very efficient and friendly”
