“Full marks to Marks Electrical from Cristian in Sales, who gave me excellent information over the phone to the whole team. The price for the Miele washer was very competitive. I was informed all the way. Marks Electrical deliver the appliances, which they are selling and I received a text the night before delivery date and given a 2 hour slot. Stephen and Andy were the delivery team and they phoned me when they were 30 mins away and did an excellent job of installing the washer. Fab firm!”

“Wonderful service, I ordered my new Cannon Cooker in August, but I told them I couldn't take delivery of it until October, but they said that was no problem as they would store it for up to 3 months. As soon as I was able I rang them & gave them a date for delivery which turned out not to be a problem, I was told I would get an email the night before giving me a 2 hour delivery window then on the morning of delivery a very nice man range me & said they would be with me in 25 minutes, so we were all ready when they came. My delivery was made by Ben & Sally who were very very nice & polite brought my cooker into the house without any mess & took my old cooker away, all completed within 5 minutes. Thank you to all concerned with my purchase, the service was exemplary. Marks Electrical are definitely recommended.”

“Having struggled to find a local supplier for our under counter fridge freezer. We stumbled on Marks Electrical website, a local family company with over 25 years heritage in Leicester. Phoned them up and straight away we spoke to a friendly non-pushy and informative sales staff, who explained to us our options and gave us prices within our budget and delivery details. We purchased the goods, they gave us a clear time for installation and before you know it, our new fridge was installed, old one removed and taken away and the kitchen fixtures cleanly put back the way it was, no mess! Marks Electrical is truly a great honest company to deal with. Will definitely be using them again. Cheers guys!!”

“Good priced cooker hood and filter. Cheaper than anyone else. Had to wait for goods to be shipped by manufacturer but MARKSELECTRICAL kept me informed of the progress by email. Delivered within two hour assigned slot the day before and a call half hour before delivery was useful. Recommended. Will use them again.”
