“We have had our kitchen appliances from Marks for as long as I can remember, their advice is superb , deliveries are quick, and above all the staff from entering the shop to the guys who deliver are polite helpful and attentive. I can't think of a similar shop where you can get this kind of knowledge and customer service. Well done , we need more places like Marks.”

“I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend your company to family and friends alike. From the prompt customer service response about a recycling query, immediate confirmation of availability of the product I had been contemplating buying elsewhere as well as next day delivery - everything went like a dream. I am now the proud owner of a Gorenje fridge freezer which makes a real statement in my kitchen. Fantastic customer service at a very competitive price - I just wish I had found you sooner!”

“We were very impressed on our visit to your store and pleased to find the freezer required. The overall impression was second to none, lovely store layout, friendly helpful staff and followed up by a very good text/email/ and telephone call from the delivery van, the two men being very pleasant and patient in putting the freezer in it's place in the garage. Mike and I will certainly recommend friends to you and will be visiting again in the future as and when we wish to make another purchase. Well done all of you.”

“First time dealing with you. So very impressed with the shop, friendliness of staff and delighted we could find what we wanted. Your delivery procedure is second to none with information from the messages and phone call from the delivery men, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with. “An excellent retailer. I was impressed from start to finish. The website was clear, the price was good, the person on the end of the phone was capable and helpful and the item was delivered less than 24hours after the order placed (with a texted delivery slot the night before and 30minute warning courtesy call). Very happy with this store (initially discovered under 365electricals) and am likely to purchase items from them again. Bad points? A 1% credit card fee added to the bill and a slightly confusing email received stating that since my delivery address wasn't my billing address there'd be a delay to delivery until this was confirmed. This must've been an error since delivery went without a hitch.”
