Couldn't fault Marks Electrical, I had to change my order due a mistake made by me and they were very accommodating, deliver went without a hitch. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a Bosch induction hob Sunday morning 11 a.m. for free next day delivery . At 15:00 hours I received a text telling me the delivery time would be between 13.00 and 15.00, on the day of delivery I received a phone call at 12.40 telling me they will be delivering in 20 minutes the delivery man was polite and insisted I open the package why he waiting to make sure it was not damaged, unlike most delivery men who can’t wait to get off the doorstep. The hob is fitted and working perfectly I will definitely use Marks Electrical again (very competitive prices too)

Service was excellent from purchasing a cooker, the delivery was excellent from message with time slot to a call from the driver to expect the delivery i 30 minures. The driver was right on time and was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I will recomnend your company and use you again in the future

so far I have had a very beneficial and hassle free relationship having bought a large number of items- I am about to request a replacement fridge handle as it has broken- hopefully the 10 yr guarantee for parts will prove true.

Very poor customer service. I wasn't informed that I would be charged £49.99 for my oven to be collected but this would have been free if I'd have taken it myself. Not impressed!

Advice over phone was spot on. Delivery was on time and driver rang to let us know exactly when our appliance was to be delivered. On delivery the driver Simon was very helpful. We would definitely buy from this company in the future

The ordering process was clear and easy. The washing machine was as described. It arrived in good time and they were communicative about timing on the day. I bought a hotpoint.

Easy to navigate website. Placed order over the phone and paid for it. Fast delivery with 2 hour time slot. Delivery driver Andy Lewis was on time and extremely helpful. A very efficient service.

A new Hotpoint washing machine for just over £200.00, delivered free and on time by a friendly and competent delivery driver, who placed it exactly where it needed to be. Very pleased.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Although initial ordering process was easy the customer service since (having requested a replacement/refund of an item that does not work) has been painstakingly slow and resulted in Marks Electrical refusing to assist in any way. I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner but when I tried using it 3-4 weeks after purchase (only my cleaner had used it up to this point) I found it did not work at all on carpets. It merely pushed the dirt around forming clumps of debris. Having bought the item on 30/10/17 I contacted Miele direct on 23/11/17 who advised me to contact Marks Electrical. I have constantly chased Marks Electrical since then and was constantly fobbed off with excuses why they could not answer my questions/deal with the issue e.g. supervisor not at work for a few days, someone else dealing with it, waiting for a response from Miele... I was then told they would pick up the item but when I sought clarity re whether I would get a replacement or a refund they went quiet!!! Finally, after chasing again today 5/1/18 (6 weeks after initial contact) I was advised that as the vacuum had been used they could not refund or replace. How you can tell if a vacuum (or any appliance works) before you use it I'm not quite sure!! I am guessing that if you buy something from Marks that works and has no issues the customer experience will be fine but I have absolutely no confidence they will assist any customer who has a problem. I have only given 1 star because I have no option to give them none!! Extremely poor!!!

Selected a range cooker and searched on line. Marks beat all main discount retailers on price and cost of collection and installation. Ordered over the phone after asking a few questions. Very helpful and range delivered next day and fitted. Excellent service all round, can't praise them enough

Our heavy item was delivered as per original confirmation on day of order, communication for time slot was excellent and delivered within the 2 hour delivery slot. The two delivery lad's Ian and Steven were very polite, very careful with the item and the door frames ect they put the item exactly where we wanted it placed I would certainly be happy recommend the store to anyone thinking of using them

The staff were polite, responsive and a very professional outfit. I ordered the wrong cooker and they moved heaven and earth to get the correct one and still get it delivered on time. Delivery driver called me 30 minutes before arriving which was ahead of schedule. Outstanding & I'd recommend them to anyone
