I found Marks Electrical top people to deal with. Product details were precise ordering was easy, delivery instructions exact. Query I sent by email was dealt with and phone call I made to confirm was answered immediately and happily and pleasantly dealt with. Delivery date given was next day when I was constantly updated and goods arrived exactly at time stated. Price was fair and delivery personnel helpful. I would recommended them to anyone.

Extremely pleased with the service. It was easy to place the order, we got a delivery date that suited us, the freezer was delivered on time by two very obliging and friendly gentlemen, and we would certainly recommend Marks Electrical to friends and family……a good all-round service, and a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service, better than expected as I have not used them before. Contact them to rearranged delivery date by approximately 3 weeks as kitchen upgrade was not due to start. No issue was very happy to accommodate my request. Still waiting for installation to be completed so cannot comment on quality of appliance as yet. Based on their customer service so far will definitely purchase from them again and also recommend to others. Thanks to all at Marks Electrical.

Excellent service from start to finish, the price was massively reduced on both the fridge and cooker compared to the high street retailers, and the delivery was super quick, the delivery men Scott and Josh couldn't have been more helpful, doing a very professional job making sure the appliance's were in tip top condition, and placing them exactly where we wanted them, even taking the doors off the fridge to get them in our bungalow so that no damage was done, before putting them back on again. We would highly recommend Mark's Electrical to anyone, and they will be our first port of call when we require anything else,

Customer service excellent from ordering to delivery. Chest freezer delivered on time as was able to track and knew what time arriving ( No waiting in all day) The price was excellent and compared to other retailers much quicker service and no waiting around for at least 3 weeks and paying delivery charge which Marks Electrical don’t charge. The removal of very large chest freezer for £19.99 was worth every penny and very reasonable. The drivers Chris and Micheal were friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Marks Electrical and hopefully be buying from them in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic Our Fridge Freezer broke down week before payday saw Clearpay was an option so used that and ordered that evening the following lunchtime two Awesome 70kg Samsung Fridge Freezer cost £558 but we paid £137 first payment with Clearpay rest over 4 weeks absolutely top class service friendly guys and excellent Customer Service Thank You so much really Saved Our Bacon 😁👍

Absolutely dreadful service when appliances go wrong or in our case, are not fit for purpose. Tinpot customer service who just fob you off all the time. AVOID this company. You may rave about delivery but what matters is the aftercare, or in marks Electrical’s case, the compete lack of aftercare

* No curtesy call * Several failed deliveries * Two days with no fridge * Cancelling will cost you Sitting in displaced living room with a empty space that the new fridge should be taking up, thinking about the suppliers I could have bought from instead.

Wish I had never ordered a range cooker from Marks Electricals, Supposed to be a brand you can trust, 1st day the van broke down, 2nd day they bring me a smashed up cooker and the 3rd day they apparently cannot find my order in the warehouse, You think that I can just take days off work and lose money to wait in for absolutely nothing, will be 4 days without a cooker now! They have no idea of customer service, Not willing to negotiate but would charge me £30 if I miss a delivery BUT they have missed 3 of them!

5th appliance I have purchased from these guys, I just don’t go anywhere else. They’ve typically got what you need in stock & at a good price. Ordered a new Bosch washing machine at lunchtime on Friday & it was delivered at 07.30 on Saturday with plenty of communication about the delivery, its a level of service you just don’t get anywhere else. They do what they say each & every time.
