“Ordering was easy, I forgot to ask for my old fridge freezer to be taken away, phoned customer services and they added it to my order, no problem. Got an email and text to tell me when it would be delivered, 30 minutes before it was due I received another email and text, they arrived dead on time. The driver unloaded my new fridge freezer and brought it inside, then explained when I should start using it, brilliant.”

“Ordered washing machine on saturday arrived on sunday.Saved a £150 compared to currys. Amazing service throughout.The delivery driver was an absolute gent with a very positive attitude and excellent communication throughout. Will be using Marks Electrical for future purchases”

“We bought a fridge freezer. Very competitive prices and plenty of stock to choose from. Customer service was fast and efficient when I needed to change the date of my delivery. On delivery day the fridge was delivered at exactly the time I had been given by text and the delivery guys were careful and very pleasant. They took the old fridge freezer away with no issues. All in all excellent and I will shop with them again”

“I found Marks Electrical top people to deal with. Product details were precise ordering was easy, delivery instructions exact. Query I sent by email was dealt with and phone call I made to confirm was answered immediately and happily and pleasantly dealt with. Delivery date given was next day when I was constantly updated and goods arrived exactly at time stated. Price was fair and delivery personnel helpful. I would recommended them to anyone.”

“Excellent service, better than expected as I have not used them before. Contact them to rearranged delivery date by approximately 3 weeks as kitchen upgrade was not due to start. No issue was very happy to accommodate my request. Still waiting for installation to be completed so cannot comment on quality of appliance as yet. Based on their customer service so far will definitely purchase from them again and also recommend to others. Thanks to all at Marks Electrical.”
