“Very quick delivery service which is great due to being in the Channel Islands parcels tend to arrive later, fantastic price too. We received it only 2 days after we completed our order. This is the second time we have used your company. It would have been a very good rating but half of the wool we were looking at this time was out of stock, however we still placed our order and we will be returning. Thank you”

“There is a lovely selection of patterns. However the one I bought is quite hard to read; the pattern has been photocopied and some of the figures are blurred, it could be a problem for an inexperienced knitter.”

“Delivery was quick, the wool is knitting up well, but has a funny 'fishy' smell to it. It will probably go off after a wash. Perhaps more instruction could be given as to how to download the pattern which is bought with the wool, or mybe I missed them. I found it took a 'phone call to get it downloaded. Very polite man gave me the instructions without showing any sign of dealing with a 'nincompute'”

“I've had some issues with the accout - I created the account with a more complex password, with carracters like += that were accepted. But later i was unable to login to the account with that password. The forgot password option from the site just sent the password in an email, in clear. Which doesn't give a feeling of security. Anyway there was nothing i could do with it I made a new account, with a secondary email Afterwards all went smoothly Sadly some items i wanted were out of stock, but i'll keep an eye on them in the future I placed the order easily Received sufficient confirmation that it was received Parcel was delivered just as expected Products look good Some are already in use Overall i am very happy with my purchase”

“I discovered Marriner Yarns about three years ago when I was looking for a bulk buy of wool as the churches Together in Warwick were taking part with local shops in a messy church sheep trail. The delivery was quick and the wool was excellent. My latest purchase is for members of my church to knit items for the Samaritans Purse Shoeboxes . Blessings to you at Marriner Pat Kibbler”

“I found that the Baban wool was lovely to knit with and very soft I was not very keen on the knitting pattern which was very heavy on my hands but I did have another which was perfect I will be ordering again”

“THE YARN I ORDERED WAS A VERY DELICATE SHADE OF PINK - LOVELY. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NOT AS SOFT AS EXPECTED AFTER READING YOUR ADVERT RECOMMENDING IT FOR BABY GARMENTS ETC. NEXT TIME I WILL ORDER BABY SUPERSOFT BABY YARN.”

“Not a bad yarn at all. I find the yarn thickness closer to 3-ply than DK, and the plies do seem to want to separate more readily than I'm used to with more expensive yarns. However, as I'm using this for a craft project rather than clothing, that's something I can live with. The variety of colours is very good, and the colour saturation and evenness is impressive. I particularly like the mixed-colour yarns, especially the mottled ones (Metro range). I have a feeling I'll be back for more.”
