“I ordered the 20 ball pack of double knitting for crochet practice. This yarn is quite good but some of the yarn is better than others. It does vary in thickness as you go along in the skein which makes keeping the tension difficult, so I wouldn't use it for a garment but opt to choose a better quality one, but this is perfect for what I am using it for. I will order from Marriner if I need yarn in the future.”

“The Metro Marriner yarn is not a bad yarn at all, it knits up really well and shows up the knitted stitches quite beautifully. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised because of the good price the yarn was been sold for. Although the yarn is 100% acrylic it is really soft to the touch. I'm knitting a simple jumper at present and it's been a pleasure to knit, I have had no breaks in the yarn not like some expensive yarns I've used before. Would recommend this yarn to any knitter and will be ordering more in the future.”

“Yarn prices are great. Some of the yarns I ordered are a little less smooth than others I use. The colour range is lovely and my favourite yarn has to be the Metro double knit, which crochets up a dream and the colour mix is perfect. The customer service for delivery is very good and I would buy from them again, hoping to complete my project with the Metro yarn after my collection of sample yarns I ordered.”
