“fast delivery and quality product. Really didn't like having to create an account in order to purchase something. Why? I don't do this when shopping anywhere other than the internet. A rubbish idea that sours the whole process. Bought two couches the same day from Ikea. No account, no setup, just paid and they delivered. That's how to do it.”

“I use Marriners a lot and the yarn is excellent value for money. When ordering this time I had to phone the office as a lot of the yarn wasn't coming up to add to my basket, also it didn't say "out of stock" so I assumed there was a problem with my computer. The staff are always very helpful and it was the case this time too but the yarn I wanted was out of stock with no idea of when it was coming back! I found this very frustrating as I was trying to get a postage paid order and ended up buying some yarn I didn't necessarily need at the moment! I will definitely buy from them again but find it annoying when I can't get what I need, when I want it, and it has happened several times now!”

“on the whole I have been satisfied with the delivery I was disappointed in one occasion when a delivery was held back for the want of one item. With a telephone call I would have changed the item. As I knit for charity the colours are not always important. I have always been satisfied with the yarn.”
