“it was better than the last order i made that was poor wool very hard and was told to wash it to make it soft this order was softer”

“Quick and easy ordering. My only complaint would be the Mega Magic Super chunky, nice yarn, I bought has different ball lengths. I had to adjust hat and cowl patterns because there was not enough yarn on each ball.”

“Can't fault the double knit yarn but the 4 ply cones are not very soft, I was expecting them to be softer for baby clothes but they feel quite hard.”

“I am a self taught knitter but love knitting with Aran wools both acrylic and wool mix my last purchase is for another cabled poncho. I knit commission pieces so your yarns are good value for money. So glad that I have found your site and looking forward to purchase more wool very soon.”

“The quality and prices of your products are excellent. The only problem I have is your deliveries. The last order I placed was despatched on Friday morning but not received until the following Wednesday. I placed another order with a different wool company, and, like yours, was despatched on Friday morning. This one, however, arrived on Saturday.”

“Nice yarn, good price and good range of colours. It was dispatched quickly, but took 3 days to arrive which in the current market is a bit long, but it was worth waiting for. To improve service to that of competitors you could perhaps look at a faster carrier.”
