My order is being held by Royal Mail who are asking for £10.50 postage to be paid. My order was over £25, postage should have been free according to the email confirmation. I have emailed Mariners but as yet have not had response

Not Happy at all I ordered Aran Silver was sent School Grey I used it anyway I then ordered 2 more Balls of School Grey and was sent 2 Balls of Charcoal which are no used to me at all have always had Marriners as you can see on my account but the last 2 orders have really annoyed me I think you will agree with me that Charcoal is nothing like School Grey yours sincerely Rita Breen

Hi Marilyn, We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your PDF pattern yet. Once purchased, the PDF patterns will be saved to your account where you are able to download them at your convenience. Please go onto our website www.marrineryarns.com and retrieve them by following these steps: 1) Click “My Marriner Login” at the top of the page. 2) Login in to your account by entering your email address and password. 3) Click onto “View Knitting Patterns” – Every pattern you have ordered will be here. 4) Under your chosen pattern, click “Download” and your pattern will begin to download to your computer. Once downloaded, you can then view or print the pattern as you wish. If this doesn't work for you, please send us an email to info@marrineryarns.com and we'll be able to investigate this further for you. Marriner Yarns Team

I have just knitted the botanical blanket that was brought as a kit. It was quite expensive so am very disappointed to find that I didn't have enough wool to finish it and had to buy two more balls of wool.

Your website is awful. Followed instructions to check my order but it doesn’t work and couldn’t find out where my order was as was well overdue.

I'd love to be able to review my yarn. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered in the expected time frame, apparently someone has it but I wasn't at home when it was delivered (away on holiday) and I have no idea where it has gone. So I give up!

Marriner gave a very good service ...my wool came quickly...However I was very disappointed in the quality of the wool....I ordered black glitter wool it was meant to be double knit ...it was very thin wool and I had to use any extra strand to get the thickness....the yarn also tangled very easily....I wont be ordering that wool again very poor quality.

Hi I always have used mariners white double knit loved it and used for all my baby makes etc, it’s alway made up beautifully so soft and has a beautiful sheen on it. This last order was dreadful, didn’t slide on hook easily, was very hard and no sheen, I was so disappointed, I emailed to say wasn’t happy and asked “have you changed your supplier” the answer was no and it may have been a different batch. It isn’t just a different batch it’s a completely different yarn really don’t like it. Would love you to go back to the old one . Kind Regards Linda

Hi Heather, Did you order a free pattern on the website? Or are you referring to the free pattern received when signing up to our email newsletter? As stated on the website, and in order confirmation emails, all of our patterns are PDF downloads and not physical copies sent in the post I'm afraid. Your pattern will be available for download in the 'Knitting Patterns' section in your account on the Marriner Yarns website immediately after purchase. I hope this helps. Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order. Although most of our customers receive their orders really quickly, for whatever reason, some orders can take a little longer than others to arrive. Please note, once the order has left our warehouse, it is out of our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery times, however, Royal Mail and Hermes aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. You can track the movement of your parcel using the tracking number provided on your dispatch email. MY Team

Well for once in my lifetime and i am 84, i have had to send back the wool i bought. It had breaks in the shine line and i was very disappointed. But it hasn't put me off i will have more. Any that i have had before has been ok, but perhaps i should not have gone for that one. So that is why i have given it one star. Sylvia Dean.
