“Order items on the 24th April had expected a delay to the dispatch and delivery due to the current pandemic 5 days after account showing items dispatched still not arrived and no response to email. Disappointing as I am knitting hats for premature babies as local hospital low on stock.”

Hi Sian, I can see that you have contacted our Customer Service Team regarding your order. They have looked into this for you and have also responded to your email. Be advised that during Covid 19, Royal Mail has had extreme issues with thousands of orders flooding in having a massive knock on effect, causing deliveries to become slower than usual. Dear Angela, I'm sorry to hear you have't received your order. It was despatched with Royal Mail on the 7th and there have only been 3 working days since that date. “I ordered two balls of red Sparkle. What arrived was PLUM coloured yarn. When I contacted you I was told you were right and If I didn't like it I could return it at my cost. Prior to my order I had asked if the yarn was poppy red as I use it to make poppies for the British Legion Charity. No answer but I went ahead and ordered. I have been in touch to say as it is for charity it is not cost effective to send it back so I am stuck with the wrong colour. Very unsatisfied.”

“Well, I would love to write a review, but my order hasn't arrived yet! It was despatched on 2 November according to "my orders", but no sign of it. I rang Marriners 2 days ago and their only advice was to ring the postal sorting office ( some hope - they never answer the phone!). Won't use Marriners again.”

“VERT DISAPPOINTED. ITS A WEEK SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER, BEFORE 1PM SO IT WAS SENT OUT SAME DAY. AM STILL WAITING. I DID SEND A MESSAGE TO ASK WHERE WOOL WAS BUT DIDNT EVEN GET A REPLY.”

“Falsely advertise orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched the same day. Ordered Thursday morning, got my dispatch notification on Saturday morning. Following Wednesday called to find out where my order was, telephonist was uninterested and unhelpful. Order eventually turned up but after the poor/lack of customer service, I declined delivery and now awaiting my refund. Pity as the yarns looked good but I'd rather pay more at a competitor than tolerate bad service.”

Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day (subject to matters beyond our control occasionally). I can see from the tracking information that you order was delivered on 3/7/19, and can confirm that your order was received back with us yesterday (8/7/19) - please allow a few working days for the return to show on your account. We are always reviewing our options and we are hoping to offer different delivery options at the checkout in the near future to give our customers more choice. Regards MY
