I’m still waiting for my wool to arrive I ordered it on the 1st of October, thankyou for your kind concern and asking me to wait another week before you will step in, I will think twice before using you again.

Dear Customer, We are really sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order. We are aware that some orders that were dispatched from our warehouse early October via Royal Mail have been delayed. We have contacted Royal Mail about this and we have been notified that there was a backlog and majority of these orders have now been delivered. Hopefully your parcel will arrive shortly, but if it still has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch (excluding Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) please do not hesitate to phone or email us (02920 837 613 or info@marrineryarns.com) to let us know so we can sort this out for you. We are really sorry that you have had to wait so much longer than usual on this occasion. MY Team

Don't know what it's like yet. Ordered wool on 17.9.20 and am still waiting for it on the 30.920 so not happy! 😔

Hi can you help I downloaded a pattern number 11024 on reading the instructions for sleeves it reads decrease until B sts remain what should it read .thank you Maureen coupland

I'm not very happy with your service at the moment! I put an order in which I received, but didn't get the free gift. I emailed customer services when I placed the order & explained I had put it in ( twice to make sure!) but all I got was a condescending email back telling me how I should have put it in! As for the free gift, well nothing at this moment in time but I notice you still advertising them!

Whilst I was initially happy with Marriner Yarns, that has now changed. I ordered my wool on 3rd September and I am still waiting, when it normally took a couple of days. I have wasted nearly 3hrs this afternoon being told this that and the other by somebody at Marriners, apparently my email address was not accepting their emails even though I had confirmation of my order!!...They sent me a copy of the email (which they said they had sent) which gave my correct email address with the date sent 09/05/2020, which was the first email I ever had from them. When I questioned this I was told that the date was in USA format !!!When I asked them to send it again, they said " No just in case I didn't receive it" instead they sent me the tracking number..Guess what ?Royal Mail does not recognise the tracking number unless they have tried to deliver, which of course they haven't. I have always been satisfied with the wool as I said before, but I am afraid I did not appreciate having said wool being pulled over my eyes...I will not be ordering again.

Hello Wendy, we replied to your email on Wednesday morning, but this email did not reach you as the email address was not your 'normal' email address. I can send you a screenshot if you wish. This is why you thought we had not responded even though we had. We subsequently spent a lot of time providing you with the information you were after and investigating as to why you had not seen some of the emails we sent. I'm pleased to see that your wool was delivered today, in time for your holiday. The last thing we want for our customers is to worry about their orders. We are the other end of the phone and if there are priority issues or concerns we always do our utmost best to help our customers in any way we can. I have been a customer of Marriners for a long time and always a lover of there wool and prices, however the review of the product I am asked to review has not shown up and is over two weeks late. After an initial response from Marrinwr of a respond or refund, I chose a respond, I have heard nothing from customers services as to whether this was acceptable and when the order would be dispatched etc. I have written email, left messages via Facebook and Instagram and as yet have not received an answer. I feel this is extremely rude and discourteous to a customer. Even if I changed my mind and asked for a refund would this be answered. I hope this review, something I'm not keen on doing bad mouthing a company, will get me an answer to a simple question my wool or a refund thank you.

I would love to write a review but I have not received my parcel after 8 working days. This is very unusual for Marriner, but quite frustrating when I am waiting to start a project.

I purchased wool to start project only ordered 1 ball of each to see how it went ,now 3 days on try to order 10 balls but you don't have the colours in stock.now I'm left with unfinished project not very happy with mariner

Really pleased with the wool I received still waiting for the rest of my order .Although I have sent several emails have received r no reply’s all though I’ve sent emails to different departments .

Hi Susan, I'm sorry your order has not yet arrived, under the current circumstances some orders are taking a little longer to arrive than usual. There have been 5 working days since your order was despatched, Royal Mail asks us to wait 10 working days. If you still haven't received it by Friday, please give us a ring. I had a problem with a order a computer glitch, I wouldn't buy 4 copies of the same pattern who would? I ordered 1 copy and the wool. But marriner have been unhelpful and unwilling to check my pattern store on their site and they wont do the math wool and pattern adds to what I paid. I admit postage wasnt paid their website didnt add it I paid what I was asked. So, I have one pattern no wool and out of pocket money wise. So no I wouldn't recommend. Glitches on websites happen I accept that but this company dont.
