“Very pleased with the wool and service, a little disappointed that the shades I chose weren't as close to the photos as I hoped, but I expect they are different on every screen and I can use them all in something else. Will definitely be buying again when I've used this order up”

“Beautiful soft wool looks exactly like pictures shown online. My only issue is there are quite alot of joins in 100g balls of wool”

“There was a tiny hiccup with my current order, but that is a first. Usually the service is quick and efficient, and I find the yarn great (my yarn of choice is the 400g aran with wool). Its also the best value i have found anywhere and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.”

“As I have only crocheted with your wool I was not too disappointed with a few knots that I found and the thickness and a thinness every so often in a 200g ball, as I only paid £1.10 or £1.20 per ball I’m not too unhappy. I would suggest you put seconds on the cheaper balls of wool.”

“The wool is just what I ordered but the packaging was not great. Inside the parcel the wool was not in a bag and I managed to cut a strand.”

“Have been using your wool since 2019. Always quick delivery from time of ordering. Used essentials dk, chunky and super chunky to make blankets for my daughters who love them. Can't wait to use the mermaid wool I last purchsed, its so soft and I am sure it will make a fab blanket.”

“Marriner Yarns have always done me proud & the Mermaid DK was as good as ever.I was disappointed in the DK which to me felt more like dishcloth yarn & the one pair of gloves I have knitted with it are not to my standard. So instead of using the yarn for more gloves for charity I shall have to put it into blankets. This however, will nt put me off further purchases of yarn from Marriners”

“I ordered these yarns as I was curious to try them out as they are cheaper than the yarn I normally use. My initial order was lost by the courier, but customer services at Marriner were really helpful and arranged a replacement which arrived the next day. I started using the yarn and think it’s okay but not of the same quality of the yarn I usually buy . I found there were small knots and various thickness in part of the yarn . Maybe I was unlucky as the second colour I used seemed to be okay . It is a cheaper yarn, but it’s not as soft or as nice quality as my normal yarn .”
