“I make character dolls and my three go to yarns for them are Marriner DK, Stylecraft DK. and Deramores Special DK. Between those three I can get every shade imaginable to make everything from people to animals to monsters. If I need yarn for any other reason Marriners is always my first choice as it is affordable, easy care, and works up nicely.”

“I am always in the past delighted with my wool which I knit purely for Charity. However, of late there are a number of colours that come that are NOT double knitting, but more the size and strength of a 4ply. This is very annoying if one has started something and have to finish it off in a different thickness wool! These wools are often carrying a different label too! I do hope all my future orders will ALL BE THE SAME THICKNESS WOOL if not I may have to seek another supplier, as the difference is not only annoying but it ruins the look of what I am knitting! Sorry to be so picky, but I am a person that has certain standards and when they drop, through no fault of my own, I am afraid I have to say s o!”

“Happy with my purchase of baby wool, I knit items to donate to the local hospital for the baby unit. The delivery time was very good, I also received a free tote bag to keep my knitting in.”

“Speedy delivery considering recent conditions. Colours close to those shown on website, and yarn soft and easy to work with. So very happy with the yarn My only quibble was the tightness of the packaging - in order to open it I needed to use scissors to get into it and despite doing this carefully ended up cutting a number of strands of one of the yarns”
