“Hi I received my parcel of wool and pattern for the six nations hat and scarf in good time. I was a little disappointed that there were mistakes in the pattern.I knitted the hat as directed and it was not the right shape at all,so I undid it all and remade it with less rib which turned out better.The scarf pattern had a line missing as well. Yours J.Collett”

“Quick delivery, well packed. Disappointed with my first 100 grams as it had one knot and three tangles through it. Wool quality good though so will see how the rest of my order is.”

“Very happy with the yarn and quick delivery. I ordered it with my £50 prize from January. My order came to about £57 but I was disappointed to find out that, eventhough that is well over the minimum order for free delivery, you take the voucher off the total before you add delivery costs so I ended up paying for delivery. £57 is enough wool to keep me going for a few months and storage space is a problem so I didn't want another £20 of wool so I just paid it. A bit of a letdown after the elation of winning a prize.”

“I have brought a variety of colours so that I can tackle the various Disney characters that came in my pack with Buzz Light year. Unfortunately there wasn't a 100g ball of DK in brown [or I couldn't find one], so I went for the little balls (and lots of them). I have only just started Pumba, but although he is a fat character I don't think I will use up all I've purchased. Oh dear, that means I just have to make more Pumba's, but it has given me a thought. Rather than buying 100g balls of different colours for the various toys I make and having loads left over and using it up randomly in rather un-co-ordinated colourful throws. I could be a bit more adventurous buying lots of little balls. Who knows, lets see how Pumba goes [Simba & Timon are waiting in the wings]”

“Took me about 4 attempts to place an order but I was pleased with the product when it came. The only thing I didn't like was whoever's delivered it left it on my doorstep in the pouring rain and I had been away for a few days so don't know how long it had been there. It was well packaged up so there was no damaged to the contents. I will definitely order from them again”

“Love the quality of Marriner's Double Knitting yarn. It is the only 'White' double knitting that actually knits up 'White'. (Many other companies have off-white yarn). The only bug bear that I have is that the yarn does not have a CE/UKCA certificate and so I can not use it to make cuddly toys.”
