“Prompt and efficient delivery service. Yarn is very reasonably priced. Baby wools are excellent. Some of the double knit is a little coarse. Approx one third of balls of yarn have a fault eg knot, thin section or fluffy section.”

“I've taken a star off for the delivery. There was a ball missing, but the package was delivered ripped and taped back up, this can even be seen on the delivery companies proof of delivery photo, which I've included. I don't know if it was not packed originally, as there didn't seem to be any space for it, or lost when the bag was ripped. Until they use a different delivery company I won't be using them again. This is a shame as the wool is very good value for money. To be fair, I didn't contact customer services, felt it would be a waste of my time, so they weren't given a chance to rectify the situation.”

“You gave me a selection of patterns suitable for the wool I had and I chose one which was ideal. I paid and downloaded it. My printer does not work so had to copy the pattern down whereas I would rather have had a paper pattern but worked out very well.”
