“If anyone is looking for a lift recliner chair the Ultra Comfort 562 chair is for you. This chair is more than you can dream of it is truly AMAZING!! If interested in talking to a salesman please ask for Tanner. Very knowledgeable and so kind and great service just couldn’t ask for anything more. Judy from KY”

“Customer service is great! They reached out to me after the delivery to check on the service provided since I purchased the white glove delivery service. I informed them of my dissatisfaction due to the shortage of manpower to get the chair upstairs--causing scratches on the chair. They reached out to the manufacturer and delivery service company and made things right by reimbursing the delivery service fee.”

“Massage Chair Planet has ample amount of massage chair selection, and got great brands to choose from. The best part of it is Mr. Tanner Carden! He is very knowledgeable, knows the products very well and recommended models that best fits me. He is also calm and so patient, allowed me to try different floor models even those not within my budget. He also communicated with me thru email when I asked for other options and when the new floor model arrived. He also gave me payment options. Tanner is an excellent guy! Thank you Tanner!!! I also want to mention that Adam is great too! He assisted us when we walked in, gave me some tips.”
