“The Osaki 4D Escape has been wonderful in the short time that we've owned it. Numerous friends and family have made their way over to try it out and have fallen in love with it. The foot/toe massagers are crazy good as your foot is fully immersed. I wear a size 12 shoe and do not believe that any larger of foot would be very comfortable. There is serious compression from the airbags in all areas. The purchase of the chair was smooth and painless working with Ed. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind in answering my questions. I called and spoke with Ed and other workers on several occasions while waiting for the shipment which arrived approximately one week earlier than had been estimated. The white glove service was offered but not accepted. The chair was not easy to move as it was around 300 lbs and luckily for me I have a ranch home so I was able to muster the strength to get it inside. I would definitely recommend the white glove service and allow it to be put together by someone if possible. All in all, I would recommend Massage Chair Planet for their patience and kindness. These chair are not a small purchase (financially or physically) and I believe that Ed and the other workers answered all questions with professionalism.”

“I really wanted to buy a massage chair, but wanted something nicer than from a wholesale store or furniture place so I checked out Massage Chair Planet. They had a great selection and let me take as much time as I needed to find the perfect chair. I did, and in less than 3 days it was delivered and setup in my home. I love it!”

“I can't say enough about how great Tanner was in helping us pick out our new massage chair. He was very patient and allowed us all the time in the world to try out the various chairs (and there was a large selection to choose from ). He was very knowledgeable about all the brands, their strengths and weaknesses, and how we would benefit from them. We ended up with the Infinity and love it very much.”

“I just got chair a week or so ago. I love it! My husband bought it for me for helping my chronic back pain. There is more for me to learn. My husband called to see if there is a video to help understand the chair better? He was told basically that it's spelled out in booklet. With a large investment such as we made with the chair, we both hoped for video. I'm sure it will all come together. I was nearly pain free today! I got up and chose a wake up massage 15 min.& 15 stretch. Love it!”

“Ed assisted me on my order for a Human Touch massage chair on 10/8/20. He was patient, efficient and to-point. The whole transaction was very smooth and I greatly appreciate his response time and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him friends and family who are interested in buying a massage chair.
