In my opinion it is a criminal act, and as I see they are still running the website/business. Is there any class action lawsuit in progress?”
“I made an order on 06/03/2024, they created the label , but they never send the goods, altough my account was credited with the amount of the order.
I can only reach them through whats'app, where they still respond and telling me that goods are stuck at customs..UPS states that label was created but nothing has been picked up by them.. did anyone had the same experience?”
“Same as everyone else here, no refund and no return of my product. I am currently talking to my credit card company to recover my money. Match Fashion was fully aware they were going in to administration but still asked me to ret5the goods, this is pure theft from their clients.”

Same story with many others. I returns the items on the 9th March after submitting return request successfully on the 7th March. Returns reached Matches on the 12th March. Refund was refused! Customer service told me to go to my bank for help.”

“I used the buy their in the past and everything was fine. However recently I experienced something unbelievable. All of a sudden, they just wrote on the website that orders processed before 8/03/24 can’t be returned. The reason the matches is put under administration, whatever it means. The WhatsApp chat just repeats that, call Center is disabled… the paper in the package with the return instructions does state I have 14 days to do the return. Absolutely unbelievable, never ever will buy their something again. Just delete that app!!”

“Shocking service !!!! Please be aware that returns work with Matches if you are lucky. I ordered for big amount and when I received the goods they were not as on website and in wrong sizes. Matches sent me return label and DHL collected the parcel and after that no goods, no money. When I contacted Matches they apologized and said they can’t return me the money or neither products. That that have administration policy and “sorry”. That’s it. No money, no products. I’m shocked!”

Only few days past since my order has arrived and I’ve been trying to make a return online on their website but I didn’t get the option to select the item for return.
Tried to call the customer service, but their line was not operative (and now I realize why).
When I emailed customer service I was told that ‘orders placed with MATCHES prior to 8th March 2024 cannot be returned.”
I red similar reviews and found out info online at BBC news, that Matches is being put into administration due to financial losses / posted on March 8, 2024.
So, I guess this new “rule” is related to all these changes inside of company, but why should we as customers face those unfair actions?
I am thinking of any possible legal way to protect my rights, as this kind of new rules system, attitude and behavior from Matches is clearly unlawful.”
