“My dealings with this company were poor. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. We waited for the entire 4 hour window for them to come by when we had better things to do, then ended up having to move the mattress outside ourselves! My 10 year old son and me - a 125 lb woman! My old Cal King was very hard to move, but the most irritating was waiting until past 8 pm, not being informed they weren't coming, and then receiving a very minimal discount.They eventually showed up 16 hours later and took the mattress away, but I don't recommend this company.”

“Despite a 4 hour pick-up window, the appoint occurred 90 minutes late. Only 1 mover arrived, so I had to help move the mattress down a flight of steps myself. Customer service has not been available the two times I've called to discuss a partial refund. Essentially, I paid $120 to wait 5.5 hours to move my own mattress. Save yourself some time and money -- rent a truck and call a friend.”
