“Process seemed simple enough, but the execution was not good. I received a call from the driver before coming out and he didn't seem to know where I was located. Not sure why a GPS wasn't used. When he and his partner got here, I was dismayed by the look of his dilapidated van and then the flip flops and shorts. They were not furniture movers. He didn't have any idea the mattress was upstairs, which I paid $10 extra for and when they carried it down the stairs, they looked like they never handled a mattress before. Scuffed the walls and ceiling and really looked inept.”

“My mattress was stolen from the street prior to pickup. Upon notification of the company of the situation they would not give me a full refund because they considered it a â€?same day cancellationâ€? even though I would not have cancelled the pickup except the mattress was removed by someone else.”
