“Made it easy to schedule an appointment time online. Crew arrived on time to retrieve my Queen sized mattress. Once they arrived it took no more than 10 minutes to take away the mattress and be on their way.”

“Despite other reviews. I thought this was great. They communicated a lot before pickup. I opted for curb side and drive called when he was 20 min away. On time and easy.”

“It was easy to schedule a pickup and I could schedule it for a Saturday evening! The people that came to pick up the mattress were very friendly. They called when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them! I would absolutely use this service again!”

“I apologize that I cannot remember the name of the kind gentleman who came to pick up our mattress, but he was just that kind - and also, courteous, professional, and extra patient because he had to call me several times before I remembered to check my phone to see if he called. Whoops! On the weekends, I try to not have my phone on me at all times and well, I needed to in this case. But regardless, he was super understanding and was pleasant despite my being hard to reach. So to summarize, I was very happy with the service and will recommend in the future.”
