“It was easy to schedule a pickup and I could schedule it for a Saturday evening! The people that came to pick up the mattress were very friendly. They called when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them! I would absolutely use this service again!”

“I apologize that I cannot remember the name of the kind gentleman who came to pick up our mattress, but he was just that kind - and also, courteous, professional, and extra patient because he had to call me several times before I remembered to check my phone to see if he called. Whoops! On the weekends, I try to not have my phone on me at all times and well, I needed to in this case. But regardless, he was super understanding and was pleasant despite my being hard to reach. So to summarize, I was very happy with the service and will recommend in the future.”

“Very friendly people and they arrived when promised, even checked In with me earlier in day to make sure that time window still worked and update me on when they would arrive. They were in/out quickly! Very happy with their service!”

“Online booking very easy and telephone updates regarding appointment and arrival time were excellent. I purchased new mattress from Amerispring. They have no local retail outlet so I had to find a means of disposing the old mattress. I am going to recommend to Amerispring that they contract Mattress Disposal Plus to handle local mattress disposal.”
