“Mia and partner were excellent- hauled everything to the best of their ability knowing items were really heavy; made a point to take extra care of surrounding not to get hit or dented. Appreciate their hard work!!!”

“Excellent service - would highly recommend! The mattress disposal person called ahead to let me know they were in route and arrived on time. They were courteous and took care not to bump any of the pictures hanging in the hallways which they had to take the mattresses through.”

“Process seemed simple enough, but the execution was not good. I received a call from the driver before coming out and he didn't seem to know where I was located. Not sure why a GPS wasn't used. When he and his partner got here, I was dismayed by the look of his dilapidated van and then the flip flops and shorts. They were not furniture movers. He didn't have any idea the mattress was upstairs, which I paid $10 extra for and when they carried it down the stairs, they looked like they never handled a mattress before. Scuffed the walls and ceiling and really looked inept.”

“Between the ease of using the web site to schedule a date and the emails & phone calls to keep me informed, I don't know how this pickup experience could have been better. Great job!”
