“My mattress was stolen from the street prior to pickup. Upon notification of the company of the situation they would not give me a full refund because they considered it a â€?same day cancellationâ€? even though I would not have cancelled the pickup except the mattress was removed by someone else.”

“Very convenient, came right up to my apartment door after being buzzed in. They were friendly and quickly took my old mattress away. They called me about half an hour before arrival and came within the pick up window (4-8pm). They were in and out in 3 min. No issues or complaints. Would recommend their service and use again.”
