“I have copied this from my Yelp review for the company, and I honesty have nothing but negative things to say. Please see below for full review:"I've never written a Yelp Review before, and I never felt the need to before dealing with this awful business. I set up an order and canceled it within 3 hours BEFORE they had even processed the order, but they still won't provide a full refund. The pickup date wasn't for a week, and no work had been done on their end, yet they still made money off of a cancelled order. Called and the customer service manager refused to do anything, and now I'm waiting 15 days so that I can dispute the transaction with the bank. Do not use this place!! The hassle far outweighs any benefits.”

“We had such a hard time finding someone to take away our old king size mattress! These guys were great, excellent communication, showed up on time and I could not have asked for anything more. The price much better then 800-got-junk or any other service.”

“The team was in touch with me about arrival times in my chosen 4-hour window, arrived, and removed a queen mattress, box spring, and large couch quickly. Would recommend! Much easier than hauling the stuff out myself and trying to find a way to get it donated without a truck.”

“Very responsive and easy to contact, and they did the job. What's tough was having to contact them to find out the pickup would be delayed by several hours. It made for a stressful morning of a cross country move, but the driver was excellent and clear about making sure the job would be completed. Thanks, Patrick!”
