“Mattress pick up was easy and smooth. However I didn't get a paper receipt or one emailed to me so that I could upload it to Puffy to get my money back for the mattress that was donated.”

“only improvement would be to add to the note "on its way" some info about from where is it on its way. Nearby or some other town do they start from?”

“Joshua was polite and professional. A jubilant guy who knows his business well. He entered my home, picked up the Puffy mattress I was returning, kept it clean all the way to the truck. In a matter of minutes I had my receipt in my inbox which I promptly forwarded to the company so they could expedite my return. Excellent service!”

“These guys were really good. They gave me a time frame and stuck to it with a call before heading over. They wore masks and gloves, kept their appropriate distance and were super speedy but also very nice and friendly. I would definitely use them again.”
