“Mattress Disposal Plus was super easy to set-up and they were very friendly and responsive. They called the day before, the morning of, and right before arrival. They arrived in the allotted time frame and were out the door in minutes. Highly recommend their services.”

“Fantastic to have options for recycling the used mattresses and other heavy items! Pick up crew was clean, polite, accurate. We knew exactly when they would be at our home. Great to schedule and pay in a timely manner online, too. Thank you for providing this service!”

“I'm leaving this as three stars for two reasons. 1. I received a text a day before my scheduled pick up stating that the driver is currently 8 minutes away. This caused intense panic to us as we were not home and we specifically requested the time to be when we were available. ("curb side" pick up NOT allowed in our high rise unit) 2. The pick up time was requested for 8-12pm. Our mattress was picked up at 1:30pm. You're better off just choosing the "all day" pick up and never leaving your house. However, Vincent, our driver, was very nice when he did pick up our mattress, but sadly, this process was more stress than I was sold.”

“Overall, this was a great experience. The two men were professional and efficient in removing my furniture, including dismantling a piece.My only complaint is that they scratched a door with the legs of a couch on their way out and didn't really offer more than an apology. I would hope they'd offer some compensation for me to make the fix, but nothing yet.”

“We are trying to be eco friendly and are very aware of taking up landfill vs. recycling when we can. Getting rid of a mattress can be tricky but MD+ was great. We scheduled it Monday, they came first things Tuesday and took our bed, box spring, and frame. All super simple and affordable. Thank you!”

“Could not enter pickup time, and did not receive any email confirmation in regards effort, so thought nothing arranged. Nonetheless had truck show up after disposed of mattress thru other means, then was charged for trip anyway. Very unpleasant experience with defective website.”

“Brandon from Load Up was supposed to pick up my mattress Friday evening. I paid to have them remove it from the upstairs. He contacts me asking us to put it outside because he's going to get to our house after 8pm. We say ok despite having paid for the removal. He doesn't come Friday night because it's raining. He says he's going to pick it up first thing. He doesn't. He says he's going to be there at 11a to get it. He's there at 11:45. It's him in his Bronco. Next time I'm call CollegeHunksMovingJunk. They have always been on time, courteous and professional. Kicking myself for not calling them.”
