“The mattress disposal went smoothly. Peter arrived in a timely manner and removed the mattress. He seemed a little surprised that there was a flight of stairs to climb, but the full size Leesa mattress was not heavy, so it worked out. We offered him help to move it into his truck, but he could do it himself. I saw him carefully load the mattress into his truck.”

“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I cannot stress this enough. They will cancel your “pickup” at least 2-3 times before arriving. At that point, I had already moved it. When I tried to cancel, no refund was provided. This company is a SCAM; I firmly believe it is just a pyramid scheme. STAY AWAY!!!! It is also impossible to get in touch with a real person, only robots.”
