“Process was simple and easy. The guys who came to pickup the mattress were friendly and easy going. They actually had the opportunity to come earlier than the designated time and contacted promptly.”

“Despite a 4 hour pick-up window, the appoint occurred 90 minutes late. Only 1 mover arrived, so I had to help move the mattress down a flight of steps myself. Customer service has not been available the two times I've called to discuss a partial refund. Essentially, I paid $120 to wait 5.5 hours to move my own mattress. Save yourself some time and money -- rent a truck and call a friend.”
