“scheduled online, received text letting me know when they were on the way.also received phone call from driver that he would arrive within the hour.really really nice guy and gal loaded up mattress/boxspring and off they went!couldn't have been any easier!!”

“Despite a 4 hour pick-up window, the appoint occurred 90 minutes late. Only 1 mover arrived, so I had to help move the mattress down a flight of steps myself. Customer service has not been available the two times I've called to discuss a partial refund. Essentially, I paid $120 to wait 5.5 hours to move my own mattress. Save yourself some time and money -- rent a truck and call a friend.”
