“Will (and the other guy, whose name I didn`t get) came right at 12:00. He was very good about letting me know that they were on their way. Both guys were very professional, polite, and so FAST! I would recommend Load Up for junk pick up.”

“The two men who removed my mattress and elliptical machine were courteous, professional, and efficient. They called to let me know they were on their way, and they were finished in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that I had to pay extra for removing an elliptical machine, which isn't specified on the website, so it was more expensive than I originally anticipated.”

“They were very nice, courteous, and on time. I liked the auto reminders and tracking of when and time of arrival, I'll use them again when needed and recommend them for proper mattress removal and recycling.”
