“My item was faulty so I emailed asking for details on how to return the item. After days of waiting I got a reply asking for a picture of my item but as the item was stretched on 1 arm it was very hard to notice in a picture. I let Olivia Devlin know that in an email and I didn’t get a reply. I emailed once again asking for returns info and an address and was ignored once again. I have given up with the return and won’t be using the company again.”
