“I like the fiting and style but unfortunately I received a used shirt and it smelled very bad. However they refunded me for it.”

Hey Sitora, Our products are true to size but we would recommend checking product descriptions before buying as we have Slim/Regular/Relaxed fit, so if you want a Slim to fit more comfortably we would recommend going a size up. We do make our customers aware on our website that we cannot offer free returns, but only so if the product is faulty: https://mauvais.co.uk/pages/make-a-return

“I have returned one black trouser for exchange as size 40 was too big. I have requested for refund on white polo as it was too small I am also requesting for full refund of the next day delivery cost £6.99 i paid on another Order I made on 30th december 2021 which only arrived on 6th January 2022 Hope Mauvais will resolve all the above concerns. In fairness I love the quality and designs of the wears. More work should go into the sizes as they are either too small or too big.”

“Honnestly, O wasn’t to happy about it. I had to pay a custom fee 71,01$. The peicing on your site is in euro and i had to pay canadian so it was 300$ for 2 t-shirts and 2 pants. It’s either your price is ridiculously too high or i had to pay more fees since im from canada.”

“No confirmation when order placed, never received goods, order ref then not recognised for tracking, had to chase you, when received parcel had been ripped open and contents removed, you wouldn’t refund me, had to await resending and correspondence with you was painfully slow.”

Our products are true to size but we would recommend checking product descriptions before buying as we have Slim/Regular/Relaxed fit, so if you want a Slim to fit more comfortably we would recommend going a size up. We also offer a cheaper shipping label directly through ourselves.
