“Expected a slightly better fit on the trousers and quality for the price. Feel really thin and that they will rip quite easy which is a shame. Could do with maybe some tie strings on the inside of the waist to get a perfect fit. Look ok on but probably wouldnt buy again.”

“The clothes are good quality and they look good but their customer support is terrible, especially for over seas. I live in America and I order pants from them but they were too small so i wanted to exchange them. Shipping them back to the UK would cost more then the pant did so I got into contact with their customer support team.... they are very unresponsive and it takes many messages for them to reply back. I was finally able to get to the step of getting a shipping label once I pay for the invoice for it. I paid for the invoice but its been almost a week later and I have yet to receive the label, and I have not gotten any further responses from them even when I have messaged them. I am definitely not happy”

“I have order ever trouser and most shirts from MAUVAIS, the button holes were not finished properly. The trousers are piling after two uses. The sizing is not consistent. When I contacted the company they offered a $15 coupon after spending over $1000. I ordered and my husband under our names.”

“Hi, I bought grey cargo pants and also the blue cargo jacket and blue pants that go with it. The grey cargo pants are great and I love them. But the blue cargo jacket and pants do not match the colour that is shown on the website. It is completely different and I'm very disappointed in this. I'm waiting to hear back from your customer service to see what can be done for me.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of pants which had the same specifications in terms of fit. 32" inseam was actually 30" and they both fit differently. one pair was too baggy.”

“I received some pants that didn't fit me even though used the size chart to measure myself. When I tried doing exchange the post office told me it would be more expensive to sent the package than to buy a new pair of pants because it would be international mail. I am currently pending a response from you guys on a customer service message I sent you.”

“I was disapointed that free returns were not an option and that the shipping options were so expensive. I do like the pants I received but they are a tad too small and I really think I would be better served by a size Large. Paying for shipping both ways would almost be as much as the pants themselves and that makes me not want to buy any products from Mauvis in the future.”
