“The items look nice, but the sizing information for me was not accurate and to ship back to the UK would be more expensive than just keeping the items.”

Hey Curtis, really sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We do make it very apparent on our website that we are a UK company and that we ship from the UK. We are working on a new service which would allow you to purchase reduced Shipping Labels through a portal on our website to make this process cheaper and easier for yourself.

Hey Ervin, this is pretty standard for brand new sweaters with that material inside. Would suggest washing it before wear or using a lint roller if you would like it removed. Glad to hear you will still rock it though, tag us in some pictures if any get taken wearing it :)

Hey Hayden, really sorry to hear about this, we aim for it to be delivered next day but sometimes complications with the courier can extend this. I have processed a refund of the difference in cost between next day delivery and standard delivery to yourself.

“I am not happy you refund me 0nly 54 pounds for order #59474 when suppose to be 60 pounds, it was 3 items that were sent back to you, 2 for refund, one of then for exchange, the total cost was 90 pounds for 3 t-shirts including 10% discount and now you charge me 6 pounds more because I wasn't happy with the quality of 2 of t-shirts meaning now the 10% discount doesn't count, and in the refund and you give me less money... Very disappointing.. You just lost a customer... Never again buy from you.”

“The sizing guide provided on your website was highly inaccurate. I purchased the size off your recommendations and it was totally off. Now I have to pay almost $40 to ship it back just to get an exchange. I asked for the exchange shipping fee to be covered as I don't feel like buying the wrong size was my fault but got denied. I really do like the style and material of the clothes but am disappointed in my whole purchasing experience.”

“No matter what I do the shirt will not go unwrinkled. If I can happen to get them out then I can wear the shirt for maybe 10 minutes and the whole bottom half is nothing but wrinkles again. It's basically unwearable. Which sucks because it's a good looking shirt.”

“I love the material of the clothes you use but I was shocked that I had to get the two pants and one of the T-shirt’s I purchased tailored to get my desired “skinny” fit. Your models look great with the clothes as I love a more tighter look with my clothes but one of the pants felt very slim and the tshirt was so square around my torso. I would love to purchase from you guys again I’m just apprehensive because I had to spend additional money to tailor those items and overall it cost me a pretty penny.”

“The pants were all too small. Your company is not responsible for shipping to return anymore. I went to return the package and the cost was over $350 to send. That is more than what the product cost. And I simply can not afford such a thing.. I was extremely disappointed. Now I have to keep 4 pair of pants that do not fit my husband. Signed— Disappointment”
