“The quality of the sweatshirt did not match the price of it. In order to return the item from the US is $120 which is more than the $80 that I initially paid for the sweatshirt. Just a cost that I had to eat. Lesson learned.”

“Item still hasnt arrived. It said 5-10 shipping and has almost been a month. Had to email customer service twice for them to respond. At this point if the pants don’t fit I’m just going to eat the money instead of waiting another 2 month to get another size. Wouldn’t buy again”

“The shirts I ordered did not fit me, I needed to order both of the shirts XL, but I’m not allowed to return the shirts as I’ve been told it’s pass the 28 days. It’s really disappointing.”

“Quality good, size didn’t fit and shipping back was twice the cost of the trousers itself (although not MAUVAIS fault) But I was double charged for my purchase three weeks ago I have sent 4 emails to customer support and have yet to be refunded or responded too.”

“I ordered 3 items the first time. Two of the items were great, one item was too small. The problem is sending back is more expensive than the order. So I ended up ordering the right size. Looks like I will have to eat the other order.”
