“I paid $18 for shipping for a $65 shirt. I ordered size S and what I got size was larger than expected. I asked to exchange and they told me to pay for the shipping again! Which is $18 dollars. When they received the merchandise back, they said they don’t have an “extra small” size. When I requested for a refund, both shipping costs were not refunded. So I ended really getting $29 refund. Also you have to wait almost three weeks to get their products. Scammers. Buyers beware!!”

“I had a terrible experience with Mauvais. I placed an order weeks ago and never received my items. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly unhelpful and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer a refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and would advise others to steer clear of this company.”

“I’ve ordered from them before so I didn’t think that I’d have an issue. I ordered a shirt in October and it never came. I had a few things going on and I didn’t realize it for a while. I checked the FedEx shipment and it said that it was in a truck in another city in my state. It never said that the shirt was dropped off. I contacted customer service and they said that they were backed up because of the holidays but that since it had been a while that they could not issue a refund. It clearly shows on FedEx that it never arrived though. Kind of sucks so I guess I won’t be ordering from them Anymore. I’m done with ordering clothes online.”

“Order status and delay Hello there, I placed an order on November 24th, my credit card was fully charged and I have yet to receive my order or get an update on the status of my order... I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS THROUGH THE HELP CENTRE AND YET NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. Very disappointing and concerning. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt but it's tough if no one responds to my emails.”

“These lot are scammers!! Think twice before ordering and there sizes are way off! MAUVAIS trousers are rubbish!!! - If you order a waist 34’’ it fits like waist 40’’ also there are no options for length so you’ll probably spend an extra 30£ for alternations. Refunds!? Lol good luck!? They don’t return your money!! And there is no contact email and they don’t respond to any emails or to chat box on their website- bunch of thief’s Don’t trust this company!!!”

“I spent a ton of money on clothes that I was excited to get and they never came. I’ve sent several emails to them about it and have not heard anything back from them. Don’t waste your hard earned money.”

“I never got my order went on a trip. That week of my son birthday came back too give him a gift for birthday dinner and nothing. By time it said deliver and we rush home no package. At this point. We just want a refund.”

“I had all types of h*** trying to get my package because they were "supposedly" delivering it but missing me when that was not ever true until I had to go to the actual warehouse and pick it up wasting gas and time so now I'm trying to get in touch with the company and STILL NO REPLY, because the outfit is too tight (they run really small)so of course I need a bigger size. Smh bad experience”

“I never received my package, I contacted DHL and mauvais customer service. DHL confirmed someone stole an signature requested package ( because they left it at my front door ). But mauvais has not done anything to help me get an refund for this poor and rude customer service that I have received.”

“The sizes are not true, they fit way smaller. Return shipping cost is more expensive than the value of the clothing so I have to give them away and stand the loss. They need to advertise that customers should but 2 sizes bigger.”

“Worst brand you could find out there, first i order the trousers i emailed and texted 2 hors later of buying them that if they can send a bigger size and another style, they texted me back in the morning like sorry it has been shipped, and until next day in the afternoon I received that jt was shipped notification, when they arrived I tried them and the quality was horrible, and literally you have to go 2 sizes bigger, i went to DHL with the return label, i payed 27 bucks for delivery and the return label didn’t provide the return and returning them to thier adress was 159 dollars so i just decided to throw them away in a goodwill. Worst brand ever and worst costumers service they don’t care.”
