“Sent the wrong size”

Hey Chika, please can you reach out to us regarding this, if we have sent you the wrong size we will happily provide you with a new product in the correct size but unfortunately we have received no contact.

“sizes run big. i’ve tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times. a woman told me she would send me a return stamp so i could save money on my return then has ignored me since. won’t be purchasing from this place again. expensive and horrible customer service”

Hey Alexis, sorry to hear about your experience. Having looked through the email conversation, we did not say to you we would send you a return stamp to save money. We have been in communication with yourself and have offered a cheaper solution for the shipping back to us and we are awaiting your response to the email we sent to you on Tuesday.

Hey James, both of these orders have been marked as delivered by DHL. If this is not the case, please reach out to us so we can raise a claim with DHL to find out what is going on with the other parcel.

“Clothes did not fit me. When I went on the website it looked like the clothes were more comfortable and big but when I got my order the clothes were small and didn’t fit me.”

Hey Jordan, Our products are true to size but we would recommend checking product descriptions before buying as we have Slim/Regular/Relaxed fit, so if you want a Slim to fit more comfortably we would recommend going a size up.

“My item was faulty so I emailed asking for details on how to return the item. After days of waiting I got a reply asking for a picture of my item but as the item was stretched on 1 arm it was very hard to notice in a picture. I let Olivia Devlin know that in an email and I didn’t get a reply. I emailed once again asking for returns info and an address and was ignored once again. I have given up with the return and won’t be using the company again.”
