I am so disappointed that your company charged me 44.00 shipping than had to pay 65.00 duty!!! When I emailed customer service they say they will do nothing for me!

Hey Sonya, We use express delivery so our products get to the customer as soon as possible and the delivery is reliable. We do not make any money on the shipping and the majority of the time lose money on shipping, hope this clarifies our prices. As we are a British Company, when ordering from abroad you are subject to the duty fees that your country charges, this is advertised on our website: https://mauvais.co.uk/apps/help-center#!hc-international-custom-and-import-fees

The shirt came with a black stich showing on front of shirt near the zipper.I bought a white t shirt with zipper, size medium which is my size but was to small .So your sizes run small .I had to pay $26.00 to return it.Not happy with MAUVAIS

Quality was terrible and won't let me exchange items for a different size. If I try, they will make me pay shipping. Do not recommend.

Hey Steven, sorry to hear about this - We make our exchange policy visible on our website and it states that we do not cover the shipping for returns unless the item is faulty. We do offer a cheaper shipping label to save costs.

Hey, really sorry to hear about this - We advise 2-4 working days for delivery (It is the 4th working day now) so if you haven't received it by the end of today then please reach out to us. If you are referring to your first order then that has already been marked as delivered.

The shirt was too small. I wear a Large in US so I ordered a size up because of the slim cut and even that was too small

As of today Oct 26, I am still waiting to receive the items I purchased on October 11. It said 3-5 Business Days🙄 I’m 💯% dissatisfied with SHIPPING&HANDLIND!!!

I’m very dissatisfied with my order. I’ve watched and admired your products on Instagram and have became very interested & a big fan. After I paid over $100 + dollars for an outfit and they sent two shirts instead of the pants & shirt outfit that I ordered. It took them now over two weeks to set up a return label with me paying another $37 dollars. NOTE: I was first told by UPS that I would have to pay $160 to return this extra shirt. I’m just overwhelmed over your process, for something that is your companies fault. As a customer that has many options to go into a store and buy an outfit and easy return by presenting my original receipt (without any extra fees). I find this process very depressing for future purchases…!!!!

Hey James, sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction - As we explained over email, your order was for 2 tops, it is not possible for you to order 1 item and then a different item come through. You are shown your order around 4 times during the process so you would have been notified that you had 2 tops in your order and not the pants. Due to this we were unable to cover paying for the new pants. In regards to the shipping label, we are working on a much easier process for our US and worldwide customers to return items and will let everyone know once this comes into place.

Hey Prajeet, we have been in email conversation with you regarding this and have asked if you could double check Safe Spaces/Neighbors and if you are certain it has not been received, we can raise a claim with DHL. As you didn't get back to us, please let us know if you would like us to continue with DHL so we can find out where your package is.

Hey Erich, sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction. We do not actually charge for returns so I am not sure what you are referring to. We ask that you pay for shipping back, which is advertised on our returns policy, and who you ship it back to us with is your own choice.

I wish I could say the clothes fit great, however, my package was delivered to the wrong address and couldn't be retrieved. The customer service agent was very unhelpful and did very little to help resolve the situation.

Hey Pierre, we sent it to the wrong address because that was the address you entered when making the order. Having spoke to the agent that you spoke to, once you contacted us, we contacted DHL to see if we could get them to deliver the order to the correct address, they said no, so we informed you that the item is available at a pick up point which they provided us. On this case, it seems that we did everything in our power to make this right for you. We apologize to hear that you are dissatisfied with our service.

Hey Sincere, the item was appearing as delivered to the address you entered whilst making the order, you then contacted us asking to change this to another address which we were unable to do. We then had no contact from yourself until your chargeback you submitted through your bank, so no refund or package is due. Sorry about your inconvenience.
