I never got my purchase it seems DHL never delivered it and they couldn’t locate it as well. Is there a way you can follow up, resend or refund my money. Although I would rather have my packages resent

Hey Christopher, this could be due to the product potentially being a slim fit (Check product descriptions to see) as if it's a slim fit we would recommend going a size up if you want it to fit more comfortably. You are also free to exchange the item for a different size or a refund :)

I never received my package I called mauvais and they said they had no knowledge of any order placed by me but y’all still texting me lol I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and cancel my card so disappointed

Hey Stephen, we do not have any active phone line and do not take calls from Customers, we only operate from Email and DM (Facebook, Instagram) so I am not sure who you called. Your order is definitely on our system, we dispatched it and it has been marked as delivered via Proof of delivery. FYI When it shows as delivered, but the customer is advising that it hasn't, we have a claims process which we can take up with the courier. Sorry to hear that you had to cancel your card and file a fraud claim against us. We hope you can shop with us again in the future :)

Hey Jamin, I believe there has been a slight confusion with the currency - We are a UK Company therefore our website is set to GBP£ and you will be paying in this unless you change the settings. You should have seen a pop-up on the webpage allowing you to change currency although this will not appear if you have a VPN set. If you scroll right down to the bottom of our homepage on mobile, you will see a GBP£ button. Please press the drop down key and you will be able the select your preferred currency.

I havnt received my parcel from hermes, They said in an email that its been delivered but ive not signed for or received my parcel.

I didn’t receive my 20 dollars back because I was well unaware of the change of usd payment settings at the bottom of the page , I texted your ig page and made a complaint but still nothing was done

Company was not clear in telling me that I had to spend an additional €37.36 on import tax when I asked them why is the original delivery price of €20 so expensive

Label says you can iron the trousers, however it ended up burning them, was told can’t be there exchanged or refunded

Trousers far too short. Normally all trousers I get are at a minimum good length.

Hey bro, this will be due to the product being "Grey Check Cropped Smart Trousers" - In future we would suggest ordering a different pair if the length is a problem :)

I was unimpressed by the quality of the pants I received. They were both too small and one of them came with a slight tear in it. I want to return both, but unfortunately due to the ridiculous policy of paying for my own shipping charges internationally, I feel like I’m getting robbed. Very hesitant about buying from them again.

Hey bro, as we ship everything out via DHL express (Which a majority of the time we lose money for) we cannot offer a free returns label, we also make it apparent that we cannot cover this. We do alternatively offer a cheaper shipping label, if this is of interest, please send us a DM or email and we can get a quote for you :)
