I alex p loza . I am very upset because I ordered 4 pais of slacks and I received 2 slacks 1 hoodie and one shirt. What’s up with that???

Hey Alex, that is what is shown as being ordered, there is no way for different items to end up on your order so these must have been selected during the order process.

Can’t send the right size Twice!!!! I needed a large and got a xsmall .

Hey Michael, this is because an XS was ordered - If a Large was ordered you would have received a Large.

Stitching is faulty on the jumper and the 2 tops are definitely not a large as very small

The long sleeve i order had a stain on it and when they sent a new one out they wanted me to pay more duties and taxes on it.

Size was way off this is all very tight fitting I would go 3 sixes up from normal if you want a comfortable fit

I ordered a outfit about a month ago and still haven’t received my order!!!! Not happy with your company and the delivery DHL !!!!! Never buying anything from you again and will tell all my friends on social media that you all suck!!!!!!!

Cheap, thin and itchy materials. These pants won't last more than one season. Disappointed for the price of these items in Canadian dollars.

Wrong order size was sent, reimbursement not offered for sending the right item. Was told by customer service that they will only cover wrong item to be sent to them.

I was not happy the sizing was incorrect . I sent it back the same day I received it . It cost me the same in shipping to return it to you as it did to buy it . I’ve heard nothing back , I’ve received no refund . Very upset with your service .

Hey Tony, the refund was processed on 22nd November - We advise to wait for up to 14 days from the package arriving to us to be assessed before the refund/exchange is processed.

This experience was the most horrible experience ever. I have been trying to return items which has been nearly impossible. The sizing to the clothing was off. Everything was just horrible. My first and last time ordering.

Hey Rachel, we have received no request for a refund, this was marked as "Failed to deliver" so was returned back to us - I have just processed a refund today which should be with you within the next 7 days.

I am so disappointed that your company charged me 44.00 shipping than had to pay 65.00 duty!!! When I emailed customer service they say they will do nothing for me!

Hey Sonya, We use express delivery so our products get to the customer as soon as possible and the delivery is reliable. We do not make any money on the shipping and the majority of the time lose money on shipping, hope this clarifies our prices. The shirt came with a black stich showing on front of shirt near the zipper.I bought a white t shirt with zipper, size medium which is my size but was to small .So your sizes run small .I had to pay $26.00 to return it.Not happy with MAUVAIS
